She later held leadership roles at Archway Technology Partners (now The Archway Group), where she focused on large-scale software implementations and operational strategy. Since founding Deviate in 2015, Erin has become a recognized industry expert, frequently speaking, writing, and advising on family office technology and operations. Based in Indianapolis, she is known for her practical implementation expertise and strong industry relationships.
